Think about budget
A rough range is enough. It lets the conversation be practical from the start.
Bring the decision makers
If more than one person will live with the result, it helps if everyone can join.

Can I reschedule?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your consultation, using the link in your confirmation email.
What happens after the consultation?
You receive a written summary with recommended next steps and, if you want to continue, a proposal for the design work. The consultation fee is credited to it.
How do I pay for the in-home consultation?
By bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your booking confirmation; please pay at least 24 hours before the visit.
